Quality Assurance and Professional Development

Ravenhill adheres to the requirements and regulations established by the Department of Public Welfare, commercial insurances and managed care. Ravenhill is committed to providing the highest quality of care to our consumers. In order to monitor our services, Ravenhill will conduct quality assurance campaigns bi-annually. We will ask our consumers to complete anonymous surveys. The results of these surveys will guide program development and expansion of services.

Clinical Supervision

All clinicians and mental health professionals providing care to Ravenhill consumers are required to participate in monthly clinical supervision. This supervision affords the clinician an opportunity to review the delivery, the effectiveness and the appropriateness of their treatment interventions. Additionally, it provides review of ethical standards and expectations in order to support best practices in the delivery of mental health treatment. Consultation, treatment reviews and training is provided by a Licensed Psychiatrist.

Professional Development

In an effort to remain on the cutting edge of treatment delivery and consumer care, Ravenhill provides accredited professional continuing education to its clinical team. In-house trainings are offered on a quarterly basis. Clinicians are also encouraged to participate in continuing education in their areas of clinical specialization.
